After some much-needed food and rest, the next day Yama took Shizu with him to the bar that was addressed on the back of the matchbook that Nikki had flicked in his direction the night prior.
With a new shirt and jacket, he was dressed back to his usual standard, although it was nothing particularly creative. His wardrobe was basically entirely uniform. He had boots and casual shoes, and that was about as creative as things got. Otherwise, he never bought anything but jeans, T-shirts in black and white, and leather jackets. Anyone who cared about fashion seeing how utterly uncreative Yama was with his wardrobe likely would have been tearing their hair out in frustration at the death of creativity in Yama's home.
It was probably just lucky for Yama then that he was above average in terms of his looks because his sense of style was basically dead aside from maybe the boots and jacket he had on. Otherwise, he made no attempt to diversify his attire. But then again, not many people would have been brave enough to challenge his fashion sense at the risk of losing some teeth.
Parking outside the bar he helped Shizu off his bike with a hand, like she was a princess being helped off a horse. Although she could fly, Yama wasn't sure there was any point to the gesture, but she seemed like the kind of girl who liked being pampered in small ways.
"Alright, let's head inside and see what kind of information we can get out of the lady. I guess I'll be buying some drinks while we are here too, seems like I pissed her off last time we talked, so no doubt she's going to charge for the info." He didn't seem especially sorry about his effect on Nikki though. Not his fault if the woman could not handle him.
